Tell us about your facility and we start with a site audit. We walk your zones, show you everything that can be monitored and what each one would tell you, and you decide how deep it goes — some facilities monitor rooms, some monitor the power and the equipment that keeps those rooms cold.

Automated alerting runs around the clock, and we target a same-business-day response on anything affecting a monitoring system. In practice we are usually back within three hours.

$2,500 once for facility connectivity and commissioning, $395 once per monitored point, and $750 a month for Managed Monitoring — the first 10 monitored points included, then $25 per additional point per month. The same numbers are on our pricing page and in our FAQ. What the estimator cannot know is whether your site needs specialized instrumentation, licensed electrical work, extra coverage or a second gateway — that comes out of the audit and is quoted before deployment.

Your data stays in the United States, the deployment does not have to touch your network, and we keep your full monitoring history for the life of your service. The details procurement will want are on the security and data page.
